There has never been a more urgent need for affordable housing for adults living with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) in Colorado.

Who We Are

Today, over 20,000 adults with an I/DD live with caregivers over the age of 60. What will happen when their caregivers are no longer able to care for them? Colorado is facing a housing crisis as the number of individuals with an I/DD living at home climbs each year and the lack of affordable, supportive housing declines.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between organizations and individuals to provide better housing solutions for this community in Colorado.
